Cardboard box should be sent using Kuroneko Yamato Ta-Q-Bin, local delivery service in Japan.
You can order shipping at the Kuroneko Yamato Ta-Q-Bin counter at the airport or at the front desk of your hotel.
There are 2 ways to send the box.
Therefore, there are 2 types of Waybill (shipping slip) , one is "Hatsu-barai(prepaid):発払" and another is "Chaku-barai(Cash on Delivery):着払" to order the shipping at the counter.
When sending bicycles to the member warehouse, please be sure to send them in cardboard boxes (A) or (B).
We will not ship or receive bicycles other than in (A) or (B) cardboard boxes.
Please read the following information carefully about how to write a Waybill (shipping slip : 送り状 Okuri-jou).
A common problem that tends to occur with foreign tourists is the return of items with an unknown delivery address due to a mistake on the shipping slip.
The shipping address should be written in Roman characters to ensure that there are no mistakes. It is best to save and include the address and contact information of the hotel where you made your booking reservation, so that mistakes are less likely to occur.
Note : In case that a member sends the cardboard box from the airport or hotel to the member's warehouse, Cash on Delivery 着払 , Please check below (3).
(1) In case that members decide the destination from the airport or hotel and send the the cardboard box by themselves
Members are requested to write their own shipping address on the Waybill (shipping slip) and pay the required shipping fee at the counter when they order shipping.
In this case, use the red color "prepaid Waybill (shipping slip)" shown above.
Please get a "prepaid Waybill (shipping slip : 発払送り状 Hatsu-barai Okuri-jou)" from the staff at the counter and fill it out.
