Niigata City and Tokyo Fuji Grand Panorama Ski Resort: Niigata City is home to the Tokyo Fuji Grand Panorama Ski Resort, where skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed in winter. It is surrounded by magnificent nature.

Echigo-Yuzawa and Ski Resorts: Echigo-Yuzawa is one of the best ski resorts in Japan, offering snowy mountain adventures in winter.
Sado City and Sado Gold and Silver Mine: Sado Island is located in the Sea of Japan and is home to the Sado Gold and Silver Mine, a historical tourist attraction. It is also registered as a World Heritage site.
Joetsu City and Kashiwazaki City: Joetsu City and Kashiwazaki City face the Sea of Japan and have a beautiful coastline. In summer, visitors can enjoy swimming and seafood.
Niigata City and Toki Messe: Niigata City's Toki Messe is an international conference center and exhibition facility that hosts events and conferences.

This is a 50km course that takes cyclists north on National Route 7. Starting from Arakawa area, the course takes you on an exhilarating ride through Kanbayashi, Murakami, Asahi, and Yamakita areas. When you get tired, how about a sweet treat at a roadside station? At the end of the tour, take a day trip to a hot spring to relax and heal.

It is commonly known as the "Kambara Bicycle Path.

Echigo Tokimeki Railway “Tokitetsu Cycle Train

Echigo Tokimeki Railway operates a cycle train on the “Nihonkai Hisui Line.
The train can be enjoyed in combination with the Kubi Fushi Bicycle Path, which operates a spectacular view of the sea.
In 2024, the cycle train is in operation from April 20 to November 30.
