CardBoard Boxes
Cardboard boxes ( A ) and ( B ) are required for shipping and storing bicycles in Japan for our registered members.
Cardboard Box ( A )
For folding Bicycle or Wheels
Cardboard Box ( A ) is to send the folding bicycle or the wheels of Road bike/MTB in Japan
Cardboard Box ( B )
For Frame of Full size bicycle / MTB
Cardboard Box ( B ) is to send the full size bicycle in Japan
*NOTE: Box (A) & (B) needed for the full size bicycle Road bike / MTB to send its frame & wheels separately.
These boxes will also be used when storing bicycles in the members only warehouse and when shipping bicycles from the warehouse to the hotels and airports in Japan.

RINKO Bag
In principle, bicycles must be completely covered with a bag-like cover or case when being transported (RINKO) by public transportation railroads in Japan.
(except for some cycle trains).
This bag is a RINKO (bicycle transport） bag exclusively for folding bicycles.
By putting a protective pads material inside, the bag can also be used for transporting bicycles on airplanes.
Note: The protective pads material is not part of the product.

Storage Service
Our members can store the empty box or the bicycle in the cardboard box in the members only warehouse in Japan.
For folding bike
Price : $50 USD / incident per Box
(Note : up to 1 year)
For full size Road bike/Mountain bike
Price : $100 USD / incident Per 2 Boxes
(Note : up to 1 year)
For sending cardboard box to the the location and receiving the cardboard box from member warehouses, please make an appointment for these schedule in advance by e-mail to [email protected] before arriving at Japan.
Delivery / Receive Fee
The delivery or receive the empty box or the bicycle in the cardboard box will cost $50 USD / incident per Box at our warehouse including the handling fee and support fee excluding Okinawa.
*For Okinawa :
$100 USD / incident per Box
The bicycles will keep in the warehouse in case of not reaching the scheduled location and sent back from the delivery company due to unexpected trouble.
*Exclude fee for deliver the box from the HOTEL to next HOTEL by user themselves
