Here is an explanation of how to assemble the cardboard box you have purchased.

Cardboard box (A)
Cardboard box (B)
When sending bicycles to the member warehouse, please be sure to send them in the cardboard boxes (A) or (B).
We will not ship or receive bicycles other than in (A) or (B) cardboard boxes.
*Cardboard box (A) needed to store the folding bike.
*Cardboard box (A) & (B) needed to store the Road bile/MTB.
Please let about half of the air out of the tires of the bicycles to be checked in beforehand.
(It is not necessary to completely air them out.)
Don't forget to include an air pump in the box to start riding in Japan.
Cardboard Box ( A )
Cardboard Box ( A ) is to send the folding bicycle to and in Japan
Size : (A) H 75cm x L 80cm x W 40cm
Please fold the bicycle and store it in the box so that it fits into this size.
We recommend that you additionally place a jersey, change of clothes, towel, helmet or other protective material in the gap.
Don't forget to include an air pump in the box to start riding in Japan.
The weight should be under 20kg to meet the airline regulation for free check in.
Cardboard Box ( B )
Cardboard Box ( B ) is to send the frame of the bicycle(Road bike or MTB) to and in Japan.
Size:(B) H 68cm x L 108cm x W 20cm
Remove the front and rear wheels and pedals from the bicycle, remove the stem, the handlebar, seat post and the front fork, if needed from the head tube, putting the frame alone first.
And put in the parts(stem, handlebar, pedals, seat post and the front fork), in the gap.
Wrap the removed handlebars and pedals, etc. in cushioning material and place them in the gap.
For mountain bikes, please also remove the front fork suspension.
After arriving in Japan, you will need assembly tools.
Don't forget to include assembly tools in the box, too.

Please put them in the gap.
Please store the box in such a way that it fits into this size.

We will not compensate for any accidents or damage to the bicycle during transportation.
Please take out travel and property insurance in advance.
Also, when storing your bicycle in the cardboard box, please protect it with clothes, towels, cardboard boards, urethane boards, styrofoam pieces, etc. as cushioning material.
