Kusatsu Onsen and Yubatake: Gunma Prefecture is home to Kusatsu Onsen, one of the three most famous hot springs in Japan, characterized by a spring called Yubatake. Visitors can enjoy relaxing in the beautiful hot spring resort.
Kiryu City's Tsumugi and Mushanokoji Senke: Kiryu City is home to traditional tsumugi silk and the Nambokuin Garden, a Japanese garden run by the Mushanokoji Senke family.
Oze National Park and Nature Experience: Gunma Prefecture is home to Oze National Park, where visitors can enjoy beautiful lakes, marshes, and nature. Visitors can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons in this area.
Mizukami Onsenkyo and Kawayuka-ryori: Mizukami Onsenkyo is a hot spring resort where you can enjoy kawayuka-ryori, or riverbed cuisine, where you can taste local foods on the floor above the river.
Ikaratate Coast and the Pacific Ocean: The Ikaratate Coast faces the Pacific Ocean and offers a beautiful coastline. In summer, visitors can enjoy swimming and water sports.
Ikaratate Park and tourist facilities: Ikaratate Park is a park with lawns and flowerbeds, and is popular with families. There are also tourist farms and experience facilities nearby.

There are two hill climbs in the first half, and a series of ups and downs in the second half, so even those with strong legs will definitely be satisfied.
The route is designed to include the ropeway entrance for Mt. Nikko Shirane, one of the 100 most famous mountains in eastern Japan.

Non-flat course with no rest
This is a course that repeats many ups and downs from start to finish. If you don't pay attention to your pacing, you might run out of energy at the last difficult part after the "Takumi no Sato" section in the second half. However, the more you go up and down, the more beautiful the scenery you will be able to see looking down from the mountain path.

Attack the 3 passes from Katashina
This is a hill climb course that aims to reach three peaks around Katashina Village (Flower Station Katashina, Hanasaki no Yu, Oshimizu Rest Area, and Marunuma Plateau).
The Zazen Onsen (inside Marunuma Kogen Center Station) and Shirane Onsen that you can enter after finishing are sure to be special.

Spectacular view! Nokkyo line
This is a course that starts and ends in Showa Village, runs mainly on the Tone-Numata Bokyo Line, and goes around Tone-Numata once. Along the approximately 65km route, you can enjoy scenic spots and gourmet food while feeling the area's rich nature.
The layout has a series of ups and downs, but you can see the end of the climb, so it's an easy course to run if you take your time.
