1. Bicycle storage and initial transportation:

After users arrive at the airport and tour Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, etc. with minimal luggage, their bicycles will be stored at a partner warehouse in Japan. Bicycles can be stored for up to one year.

2. Delivery to accommodation:

The bicycle will be delivered from the warehouse to their designated accommodation (Hotel A) in time for them to begin their cycling trip.

3. Bicycle and case delivery:

Users ride their bicycles between hotels (Hotel A to Hotel B, Hotel C, etc.). The empty cardboard box or case that the bicycle was stored in will be delivered separately from hotel to hotel.

Please note that users must pay a separate case delivery fee at their accommodation.

4. Returning or Shipping Your Bike to the Airport:

After your ride, your bike will be returned to our partner warehouse from your final destination (Hotel C) or shipped directly to the airport for your return flight.

Service fees are as follows (per incident):

• Folding Bike:

Storage, delivery to your hotel, and return to the warehouse/airport will each cost $50 each, for a total of $150 (plus shipping the case between hotels).

• Road Bike/MTB:

Each step will cost $100 (plus shipping the case between hotels), for a total of $300 (plus shipping the case between hotels).

** Looking at the storage fees alone, this service is not particularly cheap, but considering that it include delivery from the hotel to the airport and long-term storage, it is a relatively good-value and convenient service within Japan.
